Details of trainings for partners - Partner Certification

Stage 1: Completion of Partner Sales Engineer training path on the Forcepoint University portal - online.

Stage 2: Participation in Administrator training organized by CLICO.

Stage 3: Passing exam confirmed by obtaining certification for particular product.

Forcepoint Web Security Administrator (formerly TRITON AP-WEB)

Duration: 3 DAYS

During this three-day training course students will learn about the features, components and key integrations that enable functionalities of Forcepoint Web Security; how to manage policies, handle events, update, manage, and evaluate the status of Forcepoint Web Security system. Training participants will develop skills in policy creation, incident management, reporting, system architecture and system maintenance.

Forcepoint DLP Administrator (formerly TRITON AP-DATA)

Duration: 4 DAYS

During this four-day training course participants will learn how to validate an existing deployment, how to manage policies and reports, how to handle incidents, how to manage endpoints, and how to update and manage Forcepoint DLP system. Training participants will develop skills in creating data protection policies, creating custom data classifiers, as well as using predefined policies. This also applies to incident management, operation of reporting tools, system architecture and its maintenance.

Forcepoint Email Security Administrator (formerly TRITON AP-EMAIL)

Duration: 2 DAYS

During this two-day training participants will learn features, components and key integrations that enable the functionalities of Forcepoint Email Security; how to manage policies, handle events, update, manage, and evaluate the status of Forcepoint Email Security system. Training participants will develop skills in policy making, incident management, reporting, system architecture and system maintenance.

Forcepoint NGFW

Duration: 3 DAYS

During this training participants will learn how to implement, configure and administer Forcepoint NGFW solution. From materials and practical exercises, students will learn requirements and recommendations for the correct implementation of a new generation firewall in complex networks. Participants will develop skills in the field of security system administration, creating firewall rules, security policies, authentication, VPN technology, traffic analysis as well as monitoring and reporting.

SALES TRAININGS

All Partner Sales Training courses have been developed as computer-based training (CBT), so that you can take part in them whenever and wherever it suits you. In addition, the scope and subject of the training are appropriately matched to your function in the organization and your needs. The structure of sales training is modular, and each module has been developed with a very specific purpose and scope. Modules in subsequent trainings are based on the previous ones:

  • Inside Sales Representative: The training is intended for internal sales representatives. It consists of nine modules that provide an overview of Forcepoint family of products, discuss APT attacks, business issues and Forcepoint solutions. In addition, an overview of the competition is presented, information on how to help the customer dispel his possible doubts and how to cooperate with Forcepoint.
  • Field Sales Representative: This training is intended for field sales representatives with more experience. The training provides an overview of Forcepoint product family, discusses APT attacks, business problems and Forcepoint solutions. It helps to understand issues related to web, email and data security. It contains an overview of the competition and information on how to create an offer and a proposal to sell Forcepoint solutions. Additionally, information on how Forcepoint uses standardized technologies. The path consists of 12 modules.
  • Pre-Sales Engineer: The most technical of sales trainings. It was developed with sales support engineers in mind. The training provides an overview of Forcepoint product family, discusses APT attacks; presents solution-specific strategies, differentiators, the most important configurations, implementation phases, and helps to dispel any technical doubts of the client. The training provides more detailed information on the use of standard technologies by Forcepoint, and discusses how to successfully deliver a risk assessment report using RiskVision. The training consists of 23 modules.
